Descripción

  • Perform triage on issues and identify root cause, provide solution Responsible for Daily health Checks and keep the development Agile teams updated on planned activities.
  • Ability to provide support for application check-outs for infrastructure maintenance such as patching or server upgrades Understanding of REST services and Oracle/SQL Understanding of Monitor Database performance/SQL tuning, System performance, Capacity monitoring, planning, troubleshooting failed services, Application and other Server logs.
  • Ability to work closely with Development teams and assist on lights-on activities, Post prod bug fixes and help with release implementations Understanding of Infrastructure Hardware / software needs Understanding of Scheduled job processes which includes Teradata BTEQ batch jobs, File Listeners or Error Queues for API communication failure and engage respective teams to mitigate the issue and apply alternative fix to process the ad hoc failures.


Requisitos

  • Preferred 5 years of Pega development, Apache tomcat app/web server and support experience Ability to provide On-call Support for customer issues.
