Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join this dynamic team at a dealership in Phoenix. No prior experience in car sales is required, but experience in product sales is preferred. As a Car Sales executive, you will guide customers through the car buying process, offering excellent service, and helping them find the vehicle that best suits their needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as we serve a diverse clientele.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by leveraging sales techniques, building relationships, and following up with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth completion of sales transactions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in product sales (car sales experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn about our inventory and stay updated on automotive trends.
