Requirements

You absolutely need to have some sort of successful sales experience. This is a job that can turn into a high-level, executive role if you crush it.


  • +2 years of B2B outbound sales experience in an SDR or similar business development quota-carrying role

  • Native or very fluent English speaking and professional writing skills

  • You must love to hunt new deals by calling and emailing on a large volume and working with a proven sales playbook (training is provided). Again, you must love prospecting by cold calling, cold emails, and hunting new deals!

  • Thrive in a fast-changing environment, follow best practice procedures and meet quotas and deadlines

  • A passion for getting better every day and continuous improvement, taking ownership to your work, and working as a high-performing team.

Bonus skills/experience:


  • Bonus points for SaaS, Software, or technology sales experience 
  • Bonus points for industrial, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, maintenance, safety, quality control experience, LEAN, SixSigma, industrial automation, digital transformation industry, etc.
  • Have experience working with cloud-based sales prospecting tools, lists, CRM’s, etc.
  • Bonus points for having completed sales training courses
  • Bonus points for sales management experience or creating/refining sales playbooks, sequences, etc.
  • Bonus point for deal closing experience
