We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our Recruitment and Selection team. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the areas of talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and selection processes. This position is ideally suited for students in the last semesters of Phycology or Administration, who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:


Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.


Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Participate in interviews, providing input on candidate suitability and potential cultural fit.


Assessment and Testing: Collaborate with the team in administering assessment tools and tests to evaluate candidates' skills, personality traits, and aptitude.


Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.


Support Recruitment Initiatives: Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent.


Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and addressing inquiries professionally.


Compliance and Documentation: Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Help with the preparation of necessary recruitment documentation.


Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by assisting in the creation of recruitment marketing materials and participating in employer branding events.


Learning and Development: Take advantage of opportunities for professional growth by learning from experienced recruitment professionals and participating in training sessions.

Requisitos

  • Currently studying last semesters of Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage candidate data and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) or the equivalent of Google (Docs, Sheets) 
  • Intermediate - Advanced English (written and spoken) (This is a perfect opportunity to practice your second language in the professional field)


Duration and terms.

This is a trainee position with a duration of 6 months. Schedule Options: From 9 am to 1 pm CST or 2 pm to 6 pm CST. 

The trainee position will offer valuable learning opportunities and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to our recruitment and selection processes.
