We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant with a strong background in phlebotomy to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide clinical and administrative support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to perform phlebotomy procedures and collect blood samples from patients. In addition, you will assist with various clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant with proficiency in phlebotomy.
• Certification in phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic laboratory tests.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information and test results.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
