Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of custom woodworking projects, focusing on crafting bespoke, luxurious wine cellars.
• Skillfully operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to achieve precise results.
• Apply expertise in cabinet-making and interior trim work to deliver high-quality, custom designs.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and material usage to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient to support a productive working environment.
• Manage the ordering of materials and products as required for each project.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and design drawings to ensure precise execution.
• Lift and handle raw materials and completed components used in wine cellar construction.
• Work with curved/radius pieces and unique design elements, applying finishing techniques as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment with a proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.
• Exhibit creativity and ingenuity in addressing design challenges and custom requests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in woodworking, including proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Strong background in high-end cabinetry, custom trim work, or related fields.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks with precision and organization.
• Experience with finishing techniques and working with curved/radius pieces is a plus.
• Ability to lift and handle materials involved in custom wine cellar production.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
