Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, including woodworkers, HVACR technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure all projects, from design through completion, meet the company’s high standards for quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures to drive productivity and quality.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure production aligns with client demand and expectations.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics, ensuring that projects remain on track and properly resourced.
  • Analyze and improve operational performance, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to support the growth and success of the team.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or custom construction environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Experience in woodworking, HVAC, or luxury custom projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other relevant documents.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
