Key Responsibilities:

• Handle service calls and provide clients with top-quality HVACR solutions for custom projects.
• Process and complete work orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Consult with clients to determine equipment needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Order and manage project-related supplies and materials to ensure smooth installations.
• Install refrigeration systems, climate control units, and beverage equipment for custom wine cellars.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs to maintain system performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure system longevity and reliability.
• Communicate repair costs and service options clearly to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring that all work is performed according to building codes and safety standards.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Expertise in the installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems and climate control units.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician, with residential experience (commercial experience is a plus).
• Strong brazing and soldering skills.
• HVACR certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.
• Experience with wine cellar refrigeration systems is a plus.
