Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery and enhance digital solutions to support LATAM Finance Team’s needs.
• Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions
• Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
• Full ownership for one or more use cases concurrently, projects, initiatives, tasks and may be considered analytical or technical experts to assess project constrains or development alternatives.
• Guide and support business teams and/or users to productionize their digital solutions (load solutions into digital tools servers)
• Applies technical knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues and perform escalations when necessary.
• Ensures creation of project plan based on desired end state and expected benefits
• Ensures change control is correctly managed throughout projects

Qualifications

·       2 or more years of experience in apps development, desirable in financial services (Balance sheet, P&L Reporting integration, Adjustments, reconciliations).

·       Experience in developing applications using a variety of languages and BI technologies such as Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Knime, Tableau, Power BI among others

·       Strong proficiency with MS Excel

·       Experience in interaction at Project Teams and Executive management level of businesses.

·       Customer oriented work.

·       Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & changing environments

Education

• Bachelor’s/University degree of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas, preferable.
• Software Development certification, desirable
